The New United Nations appears to be a joint national government program with many facilities created to help combat the Shadow Angels, and to create new weapons and other types of machinery.

- They created a device that is powered by the Elements abilities that were able to capture Shadow Angels, as shown with Futaba.
- Using data collected from Aquarion and the Elements, as well as experiments using Futaba's feathers, they were able to create the Assault Vectors as a joint project with DEAVA. The Vectors created are known as Vector Alpha, Vector Delta, and Vector Omega.
